We auction industrial and commercial assets from machine shops and restaurants to any business that has auctionable inventory, and real estate as well, subject to owner approval, through live and online bidding. We charge a buyer’s premium that the buyer pays; the seller pays no commission.

Robert is the president of Premiere Auctioneer & Associates, which is an auction company and liquidation firm. He has conducted more than 2,100 auctions throughout the United States, specializing in machinery equipment and real estate. Robert is an active member of the Southern California Auctioneers Association as well as a member of the Certified Appraisal Guild of America (C.A.G.A.).
Tiffeny Cook
Vice President
Tiffeny has more than 20 years of experience in the auction industry, and she focuses on the disposition of real and personal property through auction marketing. She works closely with both buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate. She is in charge of the coordination and production of all due-diligence materials and marketing materials. She manages the day-to-day operations, and is also in charge of event coordination and project management.
Tiffeny holds Real Estate Broker licenses in California and Nevada. She is a member of the following organizations:

Michael Walters
Regional President
Mike has been active in the auction and appraisal business for more than 40 years. He manages the sale of real and personal property at auctions, conducts on-site appraisals, and provides full brokerage services to: government agencies, private investors, and lenders in the disposition of real property and major business assets.
He holds a BA in business administration from the University of North Texas. He completed graduate studies in real estate appraisal and finance at Southern Methodist University and graduate courses in environmental issues in real estate. He holds a current license as a California real estate broker.
Mike is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (C.A.I.), which is a designation program through the Auction Marketing Institute (A.M.I) He also holds an accredited senior appraiser designation (A.S.A.) with the American Society of Appraisers. He is currently a licensed and bonded auctioneer in California, Texas, and Florida.
